LAND WEST OF LENHAM

Welcome to our Public Consultation Website, where you can view our emerging proposals for residential development on Land West of Lenham.
The Site is allocated for residential development within the Maidstone Borough Council Local Plan and the Lenham Neighbourhood Plan (Area 3, Strategic Housing Delivery Site 5). Part of the wider site (southeastern corner) has Planning Permission for 136 units and is currently being built out. Jones Homes are now looking to bring forward the remainder of this allocation.
Our vision is to deliver much-needed new homes and new public open space on this allocated site in a way that meets the site allocation requirements, responds to local priorities and respects the surrounding area.
